BCA/Turface Annual Maintenance Awards and Grant
The National High School Baseball Coaches Association joins Turface to provide recognition and assistance for high school baseball fields.
The BCA and Turface will honor the eight districts with a District of the Year Field and one of the eight will be the National Field of the Year.
Each winner will be given a plaque and the National Field/Groundskeeper of the Year recipient will also receive 1 ton of Turface MVP and $400 to be spent on maintenance equipment.
The other half of the BCA/Turface program will focus on assisting coaches to upgrade their fields. The field selected by the BCA Groundskeeper/Field of the Year Committee will receive $250 and 3 tons of Turface MVP the first year of the grant, and $250 the second year. The cash awards are to be spent on maintenance equipment.
