Profile Greens Grade Emerald is an inorganic, kiln-fired porous ceramic soil amendment designed for sand-based root zones and proven on thousands of greens across the country. It resists compaction, eliminates localized dry spot, promotes drainage and supports healthy root systems, helping turf become less prone to disease and other maintenance problems. Manufactured from a unique Mississippi mineral deposit, this calcined illite and opal CT blend offers 74% total porosity, a pH range of 5.5 ± 1, and a cation exchange capacity of 33.6 mEq/100g.
