In samenwerking met PGG Wrightson Turf en Profile Products bracht de aannemer<sup>ProGanics<\/sup> Biotic Soil Media\u2122 (BSM\u2122) hydraulisch aan als alternatief voor het aanvoeren van bovengrond per vrachtwagen, en bedekte dit met<sup>ProMatrix\u00ae<\/sup> Engineered Fiber<sup>Matrix\u00ae<\/sup> (<sup>EFM\u00ae<\/sup>) ter bescherming tegen erosie, samen met gips, CK88-meststof en een gevarieerd zaadmengsel. Het systeem werd v\u00f3\u00f3r het regenseizoen aangebracht en zorgde binnen drie maanden voor gevestigde begroeiing, wat leidde tot een uitbreiding van ProGanics BSM tot meer dan 20 hectare.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"h-key-points\" class=\"wp-block-heading mb-3 display-5\">Belangrijkste punten<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bij de herbeplanting van vijf hectare (12 acres) bij de Peak Downs-mijn werd rekening gehouden met de slechte bodemgesteldheid, de afgelegen ligging en de exorbitante kosten voor het aanvoeren van bovengrond per vrachtwagen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hydraulische toediening van ProGanics BSM in een dosering van 5.000 kg\/ha (4.460 lb\/ac) en ProMatrix EFM in een dosering van 3.500 kg\/ha (3.120 lb\/ac), plus gips bij 20 t\/ha (8,9 US t\/ac) en CK88-meststof bij 350 kg\/ha (310 lb\/ac).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Het zaadmengsel bestond uit Japanse gierst, kruipend blauwgras, sabi, Rhodesgras, Seca Stylo en Wynn Cassia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Binnen drie maanden was er op alle vijf hectare begroeiing ontstaan, wat aanleiding gaf tot de aanleg van ProGanics BSM op meer dan 20 hectare (49 acres).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bij de Peak Downs-mijn in Queensland, Australi\u00eb, zocht de eigenaar van het terrein naar een kosteneffectieve manier om vijf hectare slecht onderhouden, afgelegen grond opnieuw te beplanten zonder bovengrond aan te voeren.
