Naturally found red sand/clay blend, Infield Mix is screened at 1/4″ and blended to create an ideal playable surface that works well with Turface/SAF Field Conditioners. The product contains up to 40% crystalline silica (quartz) and carries the GHS signal word WARNING with hazard statement H335 – may cause respiratory irritation. Crystalline silica is known to cause silicosis and is listed as a carcinogen by NTP and IARC (respirable), though the product is not expected to form appreciable respirable crystalline silica dust and adverse effects would not be expected from normal use at dust levels below recommended exposure limits. Non-flammable and stable under normal conditions.
